The terms and conditions relating to Hundred House Pub, Llandrindod Wells, whether booking, visiting, or staying. Please read this document carefully before booking.
All offers of accommodation and other services featured on the Hundred House Pub are subject to availability. The right is reserved to decline bookings. A booking is only considered as confirmed once a deposit has been paid and a receipt (physical/email) of payment has been issued by the hotel.
If you are a large group of singular people booking separate rooms but for a joint/group event, please let us know in advance to your stay. If we are not informed of large groups that book separately, but upon arrival & stay are determined to be a joint group, we reserve the right to evict you without refund.
Unless otherwise stated, all prices featured on the Hundred House Pub website are per room per night. These prices include accommodation in the room type as described, breakfast, service, and VAT (at the current rate of 20%).
Hundred House Pub accepts Mastercard and Visa. American Express is not accepted. Payments via BACS are accepted via phone/in person, payments via cash/cheque are accepted in person. All deposits are non-refundable. The balance of your stay is due 7 days before your stay, this payment will be taken via the credit/debit card used to accept your booking.
If you need to make any amendments to your booking, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can accommodate you, if able.
If for any reason you find it necessary to cancel your booking please contact the pub on 07929210143. In the event of cancellation or non-arrival your credit/debit card will be charged in accordance with the conditions as detailed below;
Your room will usually be available from 3pm on your specified day of arrival and will be guaranteed for your first night only. On your day of departure, we would ask that you vacate your room and check out by 10am (unless otherwise arranged), or you will be subject to a charge for an additional night’s stay. If upon checkout, there is no one at reception, please leave room keys in the provided box upon the reception desk. A £25 charge will be levied if key replacements are needed. Please report any damages to the room. We reserve the right to charge for any deliberate damage or losses from the room.
Whilst at Hundred House Pub, we ask that you are conscientious to others, including guests and staff. Abusive behavior is not tolerated. Noise that disturbs other guests, such as slamming doors, loud music, and gatherings in rooms, is not tolerated. If after an initial warning, behaviors deemed as disturbing for other guests is not ceased, we reserve the right to evict you without refund.
Please be aware that at certain times throughout the year this pub may host weddings, events, and parties, which you may feel would be an intrusion on your stay. Please contact the pub for further information.
We welcome all service dogs to our pub. Dogs (except service dogs) are not allowed within the pub, however we welcome them in our outside setting areas. We accept dogs at our discretion and approval at pub under the rules stated below;

We reserve the right to evict you from your room, without refund, if these rules are not adhered to
We are happy to provide water for your dog, if there is not already a water bowl made available, please ask.
We strongly advise you to take out insurance to cover the cost of cancellation and other risks, including personal accident and personal public liability
Hundred House offers free parking, however spaces are not guaranteed and is offered on a first come, first served basis. Parking is strictly at your own risk.
Smoking in public areas is prohibited in the UK and it is not permitted within the pub. If you smoke in your room you will be charged a cleaning fee of £100 and may be liable to prosecution. We ask all cigarette butts are disposed of within outdoor waste bins or cigarette trays provided.
In the unlikely event that you have a problem during your stay you must bring it to the attention of the hotel at the time, to ensure we have an opportunity to rectify it. If you are not satisfied that the issue has been resolved, please submit the details of your problem in writing within 28 days of your return to:
